Warranty & Replacement Policy

Rolsav LLC provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all cookware, stainless steel items, and kitchen tools against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of purchase.

1. Coverage Scope

Our warranty covers defects in materials, loose handles resulting from factory assembly, or abnormal thermal warping under normal domestic kitchen use. It does not cover accidental damage, commercial misuse, or regular cosmetic wear and tear.

2. Filing a Warranty Claim

Please reach out to ssamadlilma3loumiyat@gmail.com with photos of the defect and your order receipt. Our team will promptly issue a replacement product or store credit.
